In order to accomplish the objectives of the Aylmer Area Community Foundation, guidelines have been developed. Projects must benefit directly the Town of Aylmer, Municipality of Bayham or the Township of Malahide.
Grants are made only to non-profit organizations with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Registration Numbers and other qualified recipients under the Income Tax Act.
Be partnered with a registered charity for the purpose of the grant. There must be a signed agreement between the charity and the non-profit organization included with the grant application. The relationship between the noted charity and the non-profit organization needs to be appropriate. Contact the AACF office to discuss partnership opportunities if you have any questions or are looking for a partnership organization
Grant recipients will be required to complete a grant report showing accountability for the use of funds within one year.
The Grants Committee accept Applications 4 times a year. Grant deadlines are as follows:
March 1 June 1 September 1 November 1
